1988A Federal Reserve Note Error--Inverted Overprint Type 2 Error

This listing is for a 1988A Federal Reserve Error Note, K Block (Dallas, Texas). It has an "Inverted Overprint, Type 2" error. The serial number (twice), the Treasury Department's seal, and the block letters have been flipped around and turned upside down on this note. I believe changes in the order of the process meant the notes began getting cut from sheets earlier on and that's why these kinds of errors have such erratic borders. This particular note is very interesting and one of a small pool available that contain errors made at the BEP. However, this piece has some wear on it and small fold lines in the corners.
