    Description

2003 Ford Excusion Limited 7.3 Powerstroke Diesel 4X4 with upgraded transmission, suspension, brakes, and Eaton locker.
I am selling my 2003 Ford Excursion Limited 4x4 7.3 liter diesel. This was the last year and a split year for the legendary 7.3 liter Powerstroke! This is one of the rarest 7.3 diesels that you find.  I have owned this vehicle for 9 years and am only the second owner.
    Interior
    :
It has power windows/locks, cruise, tilt, rear air, upgraded Alpine stereo with 2 Kicker subs, Focal speakers, JL Audio amp for Focal speakers and Kicker amp for the two subwoofers underneath the middle seats, leather seats, heated and power seats on both sides, trailer brake controller, upgraded exterior heated mirrors with turn signal indicators, and LED lighting throughout. It has a VIPER alarm system with two long-distance remotes and ‘break glass’ option with starter kill (0 alarm system was put in last year).
    Exterior
    :
It has the 7.3 liter Powerstroke diesel with 220,881 miles and have always used Mobil 1 oil with Wix filters. TS Performance programmer with 5 settings, MSRP exhaust, Terminator HPOP, Cold air intake, heavy-duty transmission with SunCoast torque converter (I believe that is what it is called) and shift kit (new transmission was installed at 193,000 along with new water pump/radiator flush), Big Brake kit was added with all new calipers/pads/rotors (installed at 215,000 miles), Eaton Tru-Trac locking rear differential, Lift kit with Bilsteins in the rear and dual Bilsteins in front, all new leaf springs with a modified 'B' leaf spring in the rears with 3" blocks, Fox shock steering stabilizers and aluminum trac bar, custom made bumpers both front and rear with LED Rigid and Baja Designs lighting. Rocker panels on both sides were replaced due to a some rust and painted body color,, Grid aluminum wheels with LT 295 60R20 Nitto Terra Grappler G2 tires,  late model 'Ford' grill painted body color. It has all original paint except custom grill, custom front and rear bumpers, and rocker panels that were replaced.
Very common with the 7.3, there is a small oil leak and power steering leak.  This has leaked since the day I bought it and never has been an issue. Air is ice cold, everything works as it should. Map lights in front need new copper pigtail and do not work. There are a few dents/dings/scratches and a small star in the windshield (lower right hand corner). The middle seat has some stains also (see photo). The dash gauges were sent in and re-soldered which is a very common problem on these years (you loose radio, windows, etc. by not having this done).
The truck runs and drives great! With the suspension, transmission, rear end locker, and brake upgrades; the weak links for the Ford Excursion have been fixed.  This rides and drives better than when it came off the showroom floor.  I have more pictures if you would like to contact me. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me. You will love the way this truck rides, drives, and the compliments you will get in it.
    Thanks, Steve
