Have a large family, a lot of gear to haul, a trailer to tow, or just want the best damn SUV ever built? This Excursion has done it all, from over 13,000' in the Canadian Rockies, to the depths of Death Valley, from the frozen tundra of Alaska, to the burning hell of the Red Desert, from a single driver headed to the grocery store, to hauling a family of 4 with a 23' car trailer and 9 second Mustang - and it has done it without fail!!! This SUV has given me 100's of memories and never let me down, but my family is grown so it is time for me to downsize. The SUV is in what I would call "Almost Excellent" condition. Mechanically, it is excellent (just had it's 100,000 mile service and passed with flying colors). The body is excellent (there is one tiny door ding).The interior is very good (minor wear on the leather and a couple of carpet stains). The paint is very good (the front lower bumper has rock chips and the hood has a small rust spot the size of a nickel). I have serviced the SUV at all of the intervals and changed the oil every 4 months. The tires are almost new with over 75% of the tread life remaining. All of the power accessories are in working order including the keyless entry, door locks, windows, cruise control, stereo, power seats, power pedals, side mirrors, rear side windows, and entertainment center. Is the SUV absolutely perfect - NO! It is 16 years old and has 102K on it. Will you be proud to own it - Yes! Will your family and friends ask you how you found such a clean and low miles Excursion - Yes! I have tried to post pictures to allow you to decide for yourself if this car is for you.
