Bulgaria Lot, MNH, Mh, Used, Shipping & Fees to open (Stamps free until bidding)

Description

Condition: faults: possible thins, short perf etc in the stamps still on the pages as seen in the scans; approximately another 200+ taken of various pages that were in pretty rough shape (not shown the respect of the pages in the scans) that had bad hinges toning and creases and thins and more (not all but about 25-40% of those have definitely seen better days) but I don't know if any are space fillers or what, see scans
The stamp(s) in the picture is/are a sample of the stamp(s) you will receive.
*This will be an As-Is Lot due to number of stamps.
No
further scans or info, as soon as scans were taken they were placed in between 2 stock pages after being put in a document protector and being wrapped and taped shut.  Any other Bulgaria stamps I come across may be added to the Manilla Envelope they are in.
**The Start Bid is the actual cost to ship (stamps free until bidding begins) plus Ebay fees (as best as I can calculate them from the average fee on last 50 or so sales) with the BIN price the actual shipping cost plus the ebay fees plus .50 (about 1 cent per stamp).
***Says "Free Shipping" because that is the Start Bid and I'm not adding any additional shipping etc.
About Shipment --
Lots
will
ship on the Monday after the lot ends if the auction ends on a Saturday and if payment is made prior to 9:00 a.m. Monday to allow us to get to Post Office.
Saturday lots that receive payment after 9:00 a.m. Monday will go out the following day payment is received.
Accepted Best Offers will mail out the day after the lot’s ending.
