    1913 view card (of Sultan's palace with insets of prominent personages in the war) to ANTWERP Belgium (May 31 arrival circular datestamp) franked with 1911 5st tied by ANDRINOPLE "1" Mar 13 Turkish bilingual circular datestamp and another 5st tied by ODRIN May 9 circular datestamp,
    ms. dateline "22/5/13" (i.e. May 9 in Old Dating),
    some ink spotting not affecting stamps or cancels, with explanatory note by F. See, stating that Mar 13 was the date the Bulgarians occupied Andrinople and the first stamp was evidently affixed and cancelled then as a favor to the sender, later the Second 5st was added to make the correct external postcard rate and the card was mailed,
